Oak Hill is a small residential community located in the south portion of DavidsonCounty.  Oak Hill covers approximately 7.9 square miles and has an approximate population of 4,301 residents.  This quiet and exclusive area of Nashville is home to some of the most famous and influential people in entertainment and politics.

Oak Hill is the Home of the Governors Mansion, a 1931 traditional-style home that has housed Tennessee’s Governor for more than 50 years.  Currently the 10 acre estate is in desperate need of repair.  Governor Bredeson and his wife have recently broke ground on a nearly $6 million restoration of the State’s Executive Residence.
